PARAMPARAGAT KRISHI VIKAS YOJANA (PKVY)

1) Assistance to the farmers for:

a) cluster  formation,

b)mobilization of farmers,

c)conversion of land to organic farming,
d) establishment of vermi compost unit,

e) labelling or branding of organic products,etc.

2) Financial assistance is provided for collection and transportation of organic produce to market at Rs1,20,000 maximum assistance for one cluster.

3) Every farmer of a cluster will be provided financial assistance Rs50,000 per.ha  during three years period.

10000 organic clusters of 20 ha.will be developed to cover certified area by 2lakh  ha.during 3years.

4) Government promote organic farming with usage of traditional resources, adoptive eco friendly low cost technology and for higher returns.
