DEW AND FROST









DEW:::

1)Moisture deposited in the form of water droplets on the cooler side of the solid objects such as stone, grass blades and plant leaves.
2) Ideal condition: clear sky calm air,high relative humidity,and cold and long nights.
3)Dew point is above the freezing point.


Frost:::

1)Form on the cold surface when the condensation take place below freezing point.
2)Dew point is at or below the freezing point.
3)Excess moisture is deposited in the form of minute ice crystals instead of water droplets
4) Ideal condition is same as dew
